Returns & refunds
When we refund or replace. We consider a return or refund only if your order arrives damaged or defective, the wrong product was sent, or the product has expired or is unsafe on delivery.
Tell us within 48 hours. Email mplusskinpro@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, with your order number and receipt and clear photos or videos of the problem. The product must still be sealed and in its original packaging. We review your case in 3–5 business days; if it is approved you receive a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
What we cannot refund. For hygiene and safety, products that have been opened, used or have broken seals cannot be returned or refunded. We do not refund for a change of mind or for results that differ from what you hoped for, because skincare results vary from person to person. Reports made after the 48 hours are not accepted.
Return shipping. If the return is because of our error (damaged, defective or incorrect product), we pay the return shipping.
